Our St Nicholas Gardens Apartment was refurbished in 2008. Managed by Nicholas Group Rentals, the apartment sleeps up to a maximum of six people and is fully air conditioned with individual air conditioning units in the living room and each of the two bedrooms. Each air conditioning unit is operated via it's own remote control. The apartment is fitted with smoke alarms and fire extinguishers on both floors.
On the ground floor of the Duplex (2 storey) apartment, there is a good size kitchen/diner & living room with a double sofa bed, matching armchair, 6 seater dining table plus the first of two good size bathrooms with shower, sink and WC. There is also a balcony with furniture off the kitchen/dining area and views over the surrounding countryside.
The apartment's kitchen is equipped with a 2 ring cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge plus all the necessary cooking and eating utensils you would require to prepare a simple meal. The main supermarkets in Hisaronu are only 2 minutes walk away.
On the second floor of the apartment you will find the master bedroom which has a double bed, a double wardrobe with two drawers, dressing table and stunning views over the surrounding countryside and mountains around Hisaronu (There is plenty of room in the master bedroom for a baby cot. The second bedroom has two single beds, a double wardrobe with two drawers and dressing table.
The second good size bathroom has a large shower, sink and WC.
